Road to Asia: iPhone in Chinese interface?

After conquered North America and Europe, and now the Apple’s iPhone is on its way to Asia.
Seems China, the biggest Asian country, would be the top priority for Apple in dealing with this.
Would Apple produce Chinese language interface for iPhone?
